The old template site
For a month before launch, Google showed their old site about 86 times a day, mostly to people already searching for their name.
A note from one agency owner to another.
From one agency owner to another. Here's how we got our own agency, and a client's, found on Google and AI search.
Real Google Search Console numbers. No ranking promises.
Google impressions a day: how often the site showed up in a search.

I'm not a random tech guy from overseas. I set up Wemark Tech because the websites agencies get handed didn't work for us. Everything we offer, we proved on our own agency first.
Most agencies are handed a website with their CRM. It's quick, it's cheap, and it's built for listings, not for being found.
We looked at your site:
A template looks, and ranks, like every other agency on the same CRM.
Put in your homepage and we'll run the basic checks Google cares about, right now, in your browser. It takes about ten seconds.
When a landlord asks ChatGPT or Gemini "who's the best property manager in your suburb?", is it recommending you, or another agency?
Our sites are built for AI search as well as Google: plain answers on every page, structured data, and an llms.txt file that tells AI tools what the agency does and where.
A boutique sales and property management agency on the NSW south coast, on a CRM template. We built them a custom 159-page site in 16 days. It went live on 23 October 2026, on the same domain. Scroll, and watch what Google did.
For a month before launch, Google showed their old site about 86 times a day, mostly to people already searching for their name.
Same domain, same agency. 159 pages, each written for a search people actually make: their suburbs, their fees, selling, renting.
In its first eight days the new site averaged 1,538 impressions a day. That's 18 times the old site, and the old line becomes the floor.
Clicks from Google went from 6 a day to 20 a day. Impressions mean you were seen; clicks are people choosing you.
Average Google position improved from 19.5 to 12.8. Lower is better, and page one is positions 1 to 10.
Every page was submitted on launch day. 119 were in Google within five days, and 161 of 162 within nine.

Searches that aren't their name or a listing address, average position 23 to 31 Oct.

Wemark Real Estate, Adelaide. Same playbook: a page for every search we wanted to win, built and measured the same way. Here are six months of our own Search Console.
In August our average position across every search was 31.6: page four. After the rebuild in September, October averaged 16.8: page two.
13 of 14 property management searches moved up between August and October. Seven are on page one now, up from two.
Searches for homes to rent land on our listings page, not a page written for them. They barely moved: 21.2 to 20.1 on average. A page per search is what moves a search.
Average position 32.3 in August, 8.9 in October, and #1 on mobile in our rank check on 30 October. About 1,300 people search it every month.

Speed is a ranking factor. Slow sites lose buyers and landlords before the page loads.
Google Lighthouse performance scores, desktop. 90 to 100 is good, 50 to 89 needs improvement.
For sale, for rent and sold update themselves from your CRM. Nothing gets typed twice.
Each with real median price and rent data, sourced and dated, so it's worth reading and worth ranking.
Rental appraisals, a switching guide for landlords leaving another agent, and a rental yield calculator.
Email, LeadGlue and your CRM, the moment it's sent. Nothing sits unread in an inbox.
One page per target search, structured data, clean URLs, redirects from your old site, and fast indexing.
Plain answers, structured data and an llms.txt file, so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI can read and quote you.

Monthly reportsGood, keep your CRM. We pull your listings live from it and send every enquiry back into it, so your team works exactly the way it does now. Monique Field's listings come straight out of VaultRE.
So did we. We don't guarantee rankings, and you should run from anyone who does. Google decides.
What we do is build the pages Google and AI tools look for, then show you the real Search Console numbers every month, like the ones on this page.
Every agency is different: how many suburbs you cover, whether you do sales, rentals or both, what your CRM can share. We scope it on the call, and you'll have it in writing. No obligation.
Monique Field's site took 16 days from start to launch, and 161 of its 162 pages were in Google nine days later. Yours depends on the scope, and we'll tell you on the call.
If you're going to invest in your website, invest it with people who've actually run an agency.
No slides and no hard sell. I'll show you where your agency stands on Google and AI search, and what I'd do about it.
